General Care Guidelines

Washing

• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with like colors
• Use mild detergent - avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
• Turn items inside out to protect embroidery
• Wash embroidered items separately or in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection

Drying

• Tumble dry low or line dry for best results
• Remove promptly from dryer to minimize wrinkles
• Avoid high heat which can damage embroidery threads

Ironing

• Iron on low to medium heat as needed
• Iron on the reverse side to protect embroidery
• Use a pressing cloth over embroidered areas if ironing from the front
• Avoid direct contact between iron and embroidery

Specific Product Care

Napkins & Placemats

Pre-treat stains promptly with a gentle stain remover. For wine or food stains, rinse with cold water immediately and wash as soon as possible.

Towels

Avoid fabric softener, which can reduce absorbency. Add white vinegar to the rinse cycle occasionally to maintain softness and remove buildup.

Table Linens

For best presentation, iron while slightly damp or use a steamer. Store flat or rolled to prevent creasing on embroidered areas.

Storage Tips

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid storing in plastic bags - use breathable cotton storage bags instead
• For long-term storage, ensure items are completely clean and dry
