Processing Time
All items from The Thread Collective are made-to-order and personalized just for you. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for production after your order is placed
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping times are:
- Domestic (US): 3-5 business days via UPS
- Expedited shipping available at checkout for faster delivery after production
Total Timeline
Your total time from order to delivery will be approximately 8-12 business days for standard domestic orders (production + shipping time).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination, please allow for up to:
- Canada: 7-10 business days after production
- Europe, Australia, Asia: 10-15 business days after production
- Other international destinations: 15-20 business days after production
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
- Tracking is provided for all international shipments
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
